Public Offer / Terms of Sale

SHINY MANGO / SHINYMANGO.RU

PUBLIC OFFER · 30 OCTOBER 2026

1. Seller and Scope of the Offer

The Seller is Individual Entrepreneur OGIRIKI SABINA RUSHANOVNA (ИП ОГИРИКИ САБИНА РУШАНОВНА), Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 132405924013, Primary State Registration Number of an Individual Entrepreneur (OGRNIP) 322130000000792 (hereinafter the “Seller”). Online store: https://shinymango.ru. Contact details: shinymango@yandex.ru, +7 909 972-00-29 (10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Moscow time). Address for correspondence and returns: 4 Generala Varennikova St., Podolsk, Moscow Region, 142118, Russia.

These terms govern distance retail purchases of physical goods made directly through shinymango.ru. While online ordering is technically disabled (“Coming Soon”), orders cannot be placed or paid for on the website. Orders through Ozon and other marketplaces are placed through the relevant sales channels; mandatory consumer rights are preserved regardless of the channel used.

2. Product Information and Prices

Before confirming an order, the Buyer is provided with available, accurate information about the product’s name and properties, model and variation, price in Russian rubles, contents of the package, intended use, instructions for use, age restrictions, power supply and connection requirements, and the terms of payment and delivery. The precise contents of the package are determined by the description of the relevant product and the order confirmation.

Product photographs are illustrative. Unavoidable differences caused by screen color rendering or lighting do not, by themselves, constitute defects, provided that the actual product complies with mandatory requirements and its agreed description. If the product differs from its description, the Buyer retains the rights provided by law.

3. Placing an Order and Formation of the Contract

Once online ordering is enabled, the Buyer selects the products, variants and quantities, provides accurate contact information and a delivery address or collection point, selects an available delivery and payment method, reviews the total cost and confirms the order. The Seller sends confirmation that the order has been placed, including an order number or other identifier, by a method available on the website.

The time at which a distance retail sale contract is formed is determined by the laws of the Russian Federation. The contract is deemed concluded upon the occurrence of an event specified by law: the Seller’s receipt of the Buyer’s communication expressing an intention to enter into the contract or the issuance of a document confirming payment, whichever occurs first.

If an objective error in the order details, lack of stock or technical impossibility of fulfilling the agreed delivery method is identified, the Seller contacts the Buyer to resolve the matter in accordance with the law. The Seller may not unilaterally substitute another product for a paid product, add paid services or change the terms of a concluded contract in violation of applicable law.

4. Payment and Delivery

4.1. Payment and Delivery Charges

Before payment, the total order price consists of the prices of the selected products and any separately stated delivery charge, unless delivery is advertised as free of charge. As a general rule, standard delivery to the address, door or pickup point selected by the Buyer is paid for by the Buyer at the carrier’s rate agreed during checkout. The Seller does not impose hidden mandatory fees, penalties for lawful returns or charges for services not agreed in advance.

Shipments may be delivered by CDEK and other carriers available at checkout. The delivery method, rate, estimated delivery times and restrictions are displayed before the order is confirmed. Actual delivery availability depends on the selected address and the availability of the service. Changes to the cost of an already agreed service are not permitted without appropriate agreement.

The store offers only payment methods that have actually been enabled. Fiscal receipts are issued in accordance with applicable requirements once the relevant fiscalization arrangements have been connected. The Seller never asks Buyers to provide CVV/CVC codes, passwords or one-time banking codes in messages.

4.2. Return Shipping Costs

If the Buyer rejects goods of proper quality for personal reasons, including a change of mind, the Buyer pays the cost of return shipping to the Seller. The Buyer also bears the risk of accidental destruction, loss or damage to such goods during return transportation until they are actually handed over to the Seller. The Buyer is responsible for providing suitable protective packaging for transportation.

If delivery of goods that were not ordered, a defect, incompleteness existing at the time of supply, or another breach is confirmed, costs are allocated in accordance with mandatory legal requirements. This Public Offer does not impose on the Buyer any costs that applicable law requires the Seller to bear in the circumstances concerned.

5. Receipt of Goods and Completeness

5.1. Inspection of the Shipment upon Receipt

Upon receipt, we recommend checking the number of parcels, the appearance of the shipping packaging, the order identifier and the condition of any boxes and seals available for inspection. If there is visible damage, it is advisable to document it with the carrier, retain the packaging, shipping labels and photographs, and notify the Seller. Failure to document damage with the carrier does not, by itself, cancel any statutory claim against the Seller.

To facilitate the resolution of any dispute, we strongly recommend making a continuous video recording of the initial inspection: show the sealed shipment and shipping label, outer box, inner boxes, markings, and the number and identifiers of the internal bags where these can be checked without opening them. Before checking the externally verifiable contents, we recommend not cutting open or mixing the factory-sealed bags containing parts, and retaining the instructions and protective materials. This is a recommendation for preserving evidence, not a mandatory condition for making a claim or returning goods.

5.2. Identification of Individual Sets

For stock control and the prevention of substitution, the Seller may assign an internal SKU and an individual UNIT-ID (barcode or QR code) to each physical unit, and may record the batch number, weight, visible seals and photographs or video recordings of packing and dispatch. Such identification helps match the goods dispatched with those returned; it does not, in itself, prove that every factory part was present inside a sealed bag and does not affect the Buyer’s statutory rights.

5.3. Missing, Damaged and Replacement Parts

If the Buyer discovers a suspected shortage of parts in a construction set, assembly model or other product, the Buyer may contact the Seller to have the matter reviewed.

To expedite verification, the Buyer is recommended to provide the order number; product name and variant; the identifiers and quantities of missing parts according to the instructions; photographs of the product, remaining parts and packaging; and, where available, a video recording of the initial unboxing.

Each claim is reviewed individually, taking into account the manufacturer’s parts list, available packing records, the product’s individual identification, dispatch materials and the circumstances of the claim.

A statement that parts are missing does not, by itself, automatically establish that the product was incomplete when supplied or that the Seller is responsible.

The Seller has the right to inspect the completeness and quality of the goods and, in cases provided for by law, to arrange an expert examination. Inspections are carried out in compliance with statutory time limits and the Buyer’s rights.

If it is established that parts were lost, damaged or replaced by the Buyer after delivery of a complete product, under circumstances for which the Seller is not responsible, such parts and their delivery will not be provided free of charge.

In this case, the Seller may offer the Buyer the opportunity to purchase replacement parts, where technically feasible. The price of the parts, delivery charges and applicable rates are agreed with the Buyer before the relevant order is placed. Where the Buyer purchases additional or replacement parts and their provision is not connected with the Seller’s obligation to remedy an original shortage or defect, the Buyer pays for both the parts and their delivery.

If it is confirmed that the goods were incomplete when originally supplied and the Seller is required to remedy that incompleteness under the laws of the Russian Federation, the necessary missing parts will be provided at no additional cost to the Buyer. The Seller bears the mandatory costs of providing the parts and their standard delivery.

The Buyer also retains the right to use other remedies available under applicable law.

The absence of an unboxing video is not, by itself, an unconditional ground for rejecting the Buyer’s lawful claims.

6. Withdrawal, Returns, Quality Inspection and Defects

6.1. Withdrawal from a Purchase of Goods of Proper Quality

In distance selling, consumers may withdraw from a purchase at any time before the goods are handed over and, after delivery, may return goods of proper quality within 7 days. If written information about the procedure and time limits for returning goods of proper quality is not provided at the time of delivery, the statutory period is 3 months. Returns of goods of proper quality are permitted provided that their commercial appearance and consumer properties have been preserved, subject to statutory exceptions.

The mere fact that a shipping box, factory bag or tamper-evident seal has been opened does not automatically extinguish the right to return goods. At the same time, disassembly, assembly and subsequent mixing of parts, missing components, substitution of parts, mechanical damage, traces of glue or other specific alterations may be legally relevant if they objectively demonstrate a loss of commercial appearance or consumer properties. In each case, the Seller assesses the actual condition of the returned goods and the supporting evidence.

For goods legally classified as technically complex household goods, distance returns of goods of proper quality are also subject to the special requirements of paragraph 44 of the applicable Rules for the Sale of Goods under Retail Sale Contracts, including preservation of consumer packaging, completeness, and relevant technical or operating documents. These rules do not automatically apply to every USB accessory or construction set.

6.2. Inspection of the Condition and Completeness of Returned Goods

When returning goods of proper quality, the Buyer must preserve their commercial appearance and consumer properties. In assessing whether the conditions for return have been met, the actual condition of the goods, their completeness and the presence of components supplied by the manufacturer are taken into account.

The Seller inspects returned goods, including verification of the model and individual UNIT-ID, and examination of the parts, components, numbered bags, accessories, instructions and other items included with the product.

During inspection, the Seller may document the condition of the goods through photographs and video recordings, prepare an inspection report, and compare the actual contents of the return against the manufacturer’s parts list, the original dispatch records and other available evidence.

If missing, substituted or damaged parts, signs of use or assembly, or other changes to the condition of the goods are found, the Seller documents the circumstances and assesses their effect on the preservation of the goods’ commercial appearance and consumer properties.

If it is established that returned goods of proper quality do not meet the mandatory conditions for return under the laws of the Russian Federation, the Seller may refuse the refund request, providing the Buyer with a reasoned written response and available supporting evidence.

If the Buyer alleges that the goods were incomplete when supplied or had a manufacturing defect, the claim is considered separately in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

6.3. Alleged Manufacturing Defects and Evidence of Assembly

Difficulty of assembly, a change in preferences, dissatisfaction with the appearance of an assembled model or a simple unwillingness to continue assembly do not, by themselves, constitute manufacturing defects. A Buyer alleging a defect may exercise the rights provided by law; the Seller does not automatically acknowledge a manufacturing defect solely because of the way the claim is described, but examines the actual nature of the alleged defect.

If a defect is alleged, the Seller accepts the goods for quality inspection in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law. The Buyer has the right to participate in the inspection. If the parties dispute the causes of the defect, the Seller arranges an expert examination in the cases provided for by law, initially at the Seller’s expense and within statutory deadlines. If the expert opinion establishes that the defect arose for reasons for which the Seller is not responsible, the Buyer reimburses the costs of the expert examination and associated storage and transportation costs within the limits of paragraph 5 of Article 18 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights.”

Loss or breakage of parts after the goods have been handed over due to the Buyer’s actions, incorrect assembly contrary to the instructions or other circumstances for which the Seller is not responsible is not automatically treated as a defect that existed when the goods were supplied. However, starting assembly or opening bags does not prevent the Buyer from making a claim in respect of a genuine manufacturing defect. Questions concerning the origin of a defect and the burden of proof are resolved in accordance with applicable law, taking account of any warranty.

The Buyer’s subjective dissatisfaction with the appearance of an assembled model, the difficulty of assembly or the assembly result does not, by itself, constitute a manufacturing defect, provided that the goods conform to the agreed description, stated characteristics and mandatory requirements.

6.4. Incorrect Deliveries and Voluntary Settlement Options

If a different product, model or variant is supplied instead of the one agreed, the Seller reviews the complaint and provides a remedy as required by law. Costs that the Seller must bear under the law are not shifted to the Buyer.

If the Buyer wishes, the parties may separately agree that the Buyer will keep the incorrectly supplied product in exchange for an individual discount or promotional code for a future purchase. Such an arrangement is voluntary and does not replace the Buyer’s statutory remedies unless the Buyer accepts it.

6.5. Refund Time Limits

Upon lawful withdrawal from a purchase of goods of proper quality, the amount due is refunded no later than 10 days after the relevant request is made, subject to the conditions established by law; this Public Offer does not restart that period from the date the returned parcel arrives. At the same time, the Buyer must take steps to return the goods and provide a genuine opportunity to inspect their condition and quantity. Delays in dispatch or obstacles to inspection are assessed in light of the actual circumstances, mandatory legal provisions and relevant court decisions.

Claims concerning defective goods, replacement, repair, price reductions and other remedies are governed by the applicable time limits and rules of Articles 18–24 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights.” Refunds cannot be made arbitrarily conditional on an internal investigation by the Seller of unlimited duration.

Detailed instructions for submitting a claim and arranging return shipment are published in the separate “Returns and Refunds” section of the website.

7. Personal Data, Records and Complaints

The processing of personal data is governed by the separate Personal Data Processing Policy published on shinymango.ru. Order data and associated photographs and video recordings of packing, dispatch and returns are used, where there is an appropriate legal basis, to the extent necessary to perform the contract, monitor quality, review complaints and protect legitimate interests. Access to these materials is restricted; they are not published in advertising without a separate lawful basis.

Consent to marketing communications, if this functionality is introduced, is obtained separately and voluntarily and is not a condition of purchase. Questions and complaints should be sent to shinymango@yandex.ru or to the postal address in Section 1. To facilitate prompt handling, Buyers are recommended to include their order number, the product concerned and a description of the matter.

The Seller reviews Buyers’ enquiries and complaints in light of the nature of the claim and provides a reasoned response in writing or electronically to the address specified by the Buyer within the time limits established by the laws of the Russian Federation.

8. Applicable Law and Amendments

Consumer relations are governed by the mandatory provisions of the laws of the Russian Federation, including Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 of 7 February 1992 “On Protection of Consumer Rights,” the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and the Rules for the Sale of Goods under Retail Sale Contracts approved by Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 657 of 30 May 2026, as amended.

No provision of this Public Offer limits mandatory consumer rights. If any provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the law prevails. An amended version is published with its effective date and applies to orders concluded after its publication, unless otherwise provided by law or by a lawful agreement between the parties.
